What if I need to cancel my booking?
You can reschedule your booking (if there are times available) or you
can request a cancellation and refund subject to our Terms of sale.
Please note there is a small booking fee for each booked session.
How do I reschedule my booking?
To reschedule your booking please follow the self-service instructions in your
booking confirmation email, this way you can choose the time and date that suits you best.
Where do I go to make bookings?
The shopping centre you wish to have your photograph taken at will have a link to book on their website. Please note, we do not take bookings over the phone
or through the Scene to Believe website.

*Rouse Hill Shopping Centre (NSW), Queen Victoria Building (NSW) and Highpoint Shopping Centre (VIC) are exclusively booking sites only.
What if there are no availabilities?
Each shopping centre has a certain number
of bookings available and unfortunately, once these allocations have been exhausted there is no waiting list or ability to
add more sessions.
Outside of a few select locations offering bookings exclusively*, you are more than welcome to attend the set during opening times to visit Santa. Please visit the shopping centre’s website for the most up-to-date information.

Do I have to purchase a package?
Yes, each online booking requires you to pre-purchase
a package to secure your preferred time slot. If you were wanting any extra prints, special gifts (e.g.: frames and snowglobes)
or an upgraded package you can always purchase these on the day.
Do I have to make a booking online for pet photos?
Yes, bookings are essential
for All pet photographs as they are very limited.
Can I sit in the photo with Santa at pet photo sessions?
Of
course! We actually encourage you to get in the photo so you can share that special memory with your furry friend.
How many families can I have per booking?
We recommend no more than one family
(of approx. 6-8) per booking to ensure each guest has more than enough time to capture the perfect photograph.
